Solemate Shoes, a popular local shoe retailer, approached RSA in hopes of increasing traffic to their online store, improving awareness among their target audience, and increasing in-store visits. Harnessing the power of our Digital Marketing Team, RSA launched ongoing efforts to not only achieve SoleMate Shoes’ key marketing objectives, but surpass them and find other valuable means to develop their brand along the way.

Starting with attractive Facebook campaigns emphasizing key promotions and a strategic Like Campaign, RSA’s efforts proved fruitful.

Cognizant of the power of SoleMate’s organic audience on Facebook and a necessity to better develop affinity among their target demographic of women, ages 18 - 34 interested in shoes, RSA began curating weekly social media content for SoleMate Shoes, paired with strategic boosts in early 2021. These efforts combined not only improved awareness about store promotions, but further developed SoleMate’s audience to become more engaged, aware of vendors and unique services, as well as shop in-store more frequently.

In 2021, RSA’s efforts reached over 54,000 individuals, with over 450,000 impressions, 11,000+ clicks, and an uptick in traffic to the store.
