Project Manager

Duties Include:

• Ensure client receives quality, timely product/service within budget
• Client Meetings
• Resolve client issues and questions
• Manage projects from beginning to end
  • Organize project schedule
  • Utilize Project Management software
  • Track project
  • Communicate clearly with other departments
  • Determine and take corrective action to keep people on task
• Product research & reporting
• Presenting new ideas/opportunities to AE or directly to client in some cases
• Writing proposals
• Writing copy for press releases, radio/television scripts, etc.
• Proofreading
• Media Contact/Placement
  • Communicate with media reps
  • Negotiating rates
  • Get current rates, rankers, packages and mediums
  • Ensure rates are correct
  • Placing media buys
• Monthly Billing
  • Make sure all departments have their numbers into invoice system
  • Make sure all project costs are in invoice system
  • Create invoices for accounting
• Back-up for front desk phones
• Pickup and deliver print items
• Call and resolve media billing discrepancies for accounting department
  

Starting Wage: $35,000 - $38,000 Depending on strengths and experience

Account Executive

Degree and/or minimum 2 years' experience in advertising and/or media placement preferred. Must have basic computer skills, be familiar with social media platforms and possess professional writing and presentation skills.

• Selling and servicing client accounts for traditional, social, and digital marketing, website design/development, and Public Relations services to local and national clients
• Ensure clients receive quality, timely products/services within budget
• Attend and conduct client meetings
• Present new ideas/opportunities to team and clients
• Resolve client issues
• Strategize, prepare and present proposals
• Manage projects from beginning to end
  • Utilize project management software
  • Organize project schedule across multiple departments
  • Track projects
  • Determine and take corrective action to keep projects on task
  • Communicate clearly with other departments
• Media Placement
  • Communicate with media reps
  • Get current rates, rankers, packages and mediums
  • Negotiate rates
  • Strategize and place media buys
  • Create placement calendars/insertion for media placement
• Product research & reporting
• Copy writing
• Proofreading
• Pickup and deliver print items
• Monthly billing - Create invoices for accounting
• Call and resolve media billing discrepancies for accounting department

Full-Time in-office position.
Starting Salary: $35-38k DOE
