Central States Fair
“CSF Megapass”
Created in Final Cut Pro and After Effects, the Central States Fair Megapass spot simulates a rollercoaster and takes the viewer on a ride that entices them with unlimited fair rides. Known as the Range Days Rodeo until 1946, the Central States Fair is a celebration of culture, entertainment, and community involvement for the Black Hills area.
Wyoming State Fair
“Worley Concert”
Robert Sharp and Associates caters to the marketing efforts of many community fairs, and the Wyoming State Fair is no exception. This commercial was created with a combination of After Effects and Final Cut Pro. It highlights the Darryl Worley concert and other grandstand concerts as well as providing some extra visibility for fair sponsors, and informing the community of relevant fair-going information. The commercial is synergistic with a larger marketing effort, which utilizes both print and radio advertising.
Reptile Gardens
“Methuselah Memorial”
It is with great sadness that Reptile Gardens and the surrounding Black Hills community said goodbye to Methuselah, the 130-year-old Galapagos Tortoise that has been a central part of the Reptile Gardens experience since 1954. This memorial video was created in Final Cut pro as a tribute to Methuselah, the beloved mascot of Reptile Gardens.
South Dakota Lottery
“SD Lottery All in to Win Web Tutorial”
This video was produced for the South Dakota Lottery as a web tutorial for players wanting to understand the game All in to Win. The game, based on Hold 'em Poker, was introduced by the South Dakota Lottery in February of 2011. The web video was created in After Effects and uses actual artwork from the All In To Win scratch game card. It appears on the South Dakota Lottery web site.
Sturgis Motorcycle Rally
“2011 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally”
The official web video for the 2011 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally was created in Final Cut Pro from a combination of footage from previous years. It features sights and sounds of one of the world's largest gatherings of motorcycle enthusiasts and bikers. It is designed to give the viewer a glimpse of the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and create excitement about the experiences available during Rally Week in Sturgis, South Dakota.
Jolly Lane Greenhouse
“Chili Roast 2011”
Shot on location at Jolly Lane Greenhouse in Rapid City, Chili Roast 2011 focuses on the fall produce and chili roasting experience that is an annual highlight event for Jolly Lane Greenhouse. Shot by the BBM Studios videographers on the Panasonic DVX100B, the television commercial is paired with radio and print to publicize the event.
Whiting Hagg Hagg Dorsey & Hagg
“Texting”
Whiting Hagg Hagg Dorsey & Hagg are one of the premiere law firms in the Black Hills of South Dakota, and this commercial highlights their citizenship by focusing on prevention with the growing concerns over distracted drivers. Starring a young, local female actress as the driver, it was shot with the Panasonic DVX 100B on location in Rapid City. BBM Studio videographers developed a pace to build up to the culminating accident, by capturing the driver concentrating on her texting and not her surroundings. From the startled look of the driver, to the resulting simulated accident, the story allows the viewer to fill in their outcomes before Brian Hagg delivers his closing statement.
Time Equipment
“Top Your Truck”
Time Equipment is a new client with Robert Sharp and Associates, and the “Top Your Truck” TV commercial is one of two produced by BBM Studios for the summer/fall season. In this “Let’s Do Something Together” series, BBM Studios videographers highlight the 1000’s of accessories that Time Equipment has for truck owners to accessorize their vehicles. The commercial was shoot on location, with the Panasonic DVX100B, at Time Equipment in Rapid City, and surrounding areas.

Haggerty's Musicworks
“Bach to Rock”
“Bach to Rock” was shot on green screen at Robert Sharp and Associates, and composited in After Effects. The commercial is designed to show a concert featuring the types of musical instruments available from Haggerty’s Musicworks in Rapid City. Videographers shot the footage with the Panasonic HVX200, and featured musical talents from local artists and students of all ages and skill levels.

“Building Specialists”
BBM Studio videographers went on location at the site of the Hermosa, SD, Elementary School expansion to shoot the “Building Specialists” commercial for RCS Construction. Featuring Project Manager Barry Wood, this production highlights another reason that people and businesses choose RCS Construction as their contractor. “Building Specialists” focuses on the specialists that are a part of the RCS Construction team. The commercial, shot on the Panasonic HVX100B, shows footage from both during the construction and completed work. It is the third television commercial in the series “Many Reasons to Choose RCS Construction.”

“Pick Your Click”
Playing off the familiar song “Blue Danube Waltz” this television commercial for the North Dakota Department of Transportation focuses on the legal requirement to buckle up. With a storyline of “picking” your click, either the click of the seatbelt or the click of the pen when the law enforcement officer is writing a ticket, the production features a wide array of local actors and was shot with the Panasonic DVX100B. Special “thanks” to the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office for providing the vehicle emergency lights to bring a sense of realism to the commercial. BBM Studios videographers shot this on location in Rapid City.

24x7 Intox
“Sobriety Training Video”
In this long form video training production, Robert Sharp and Associates worked with various local talent and government entities from across South Dakota to develop a training video for the 24x7 Program. Focusing on the problems associated with alcohol and illegal drug usage, the solution developed in South Dakota and the results from the 24x7 Program; “Sobriety Training” walks a new agency through the 24x7 Program and provides answers and the resources needed to begin working with the program. This long form video was shot on the Panasonic DVX100B by the videographers of BBM Studios. BBM Studios paired with area talent, producers and crews to bring this production to completion, and shot scenes on location in Rapid City, Pierre and Sioux Falls.
