Doing the social posting for McDonald’s presents an interesting challenge. While they have a Facebook account for each location, it is not operated through Facebook, but through a third party social platform, Sprinklr. Learning to operate and use the site was a learning curve for our team, but one that helps us better serve McDonald’s through their social posting.
