It can be tempting to cut your marketing budget if sales are down, money is tight, or the market outlook is grim. Don’t give in. It is essential to understand the importance of marketing as part of a solid business strategy.
When money is tight, the marketing budget is often the first to be cut, or sometimes never even developed. This certainly should not be the case. If your marketing plan is not providing you sufficient return – or if you’re not tracking ROI - something is wrong. Don’t scrap the plan, revise it (or call us)!
