Sean’s video production experience ranges from work on the CBS show Touched by an Angel, to winning national awards for documentaries. He has a passion for production and the technical savvy to be an excellent addition to our team. Welcome Sean!

Krysia Spader, our newest project manager, will be working directly with Senior Account Manager Stacie Granum. Krysia is outgoing, passionate about advertising and dedicated to success. She holds an associate degree in marketing and graduated at the top of her class from Southeast Technical Institute. Krysia brings a new perspective and keenness to our ever-evolving team and we are happy to have her.

Melanie Schwietert started at our agency as an intern. She worked with us both this summer and last before she was hired on in the fall as a part-time addition to our team. She is currently finishing her business administration degree in Management through Black Hills State University and is full of excitement and fresh ideas. We are very glad she decided to stick with us after school started this year.

Last, but certainly not least, Aubrey Watts has joined our team as the newest addition to the Search Engine Marketing Department. Seminars

RSA recently hosted a marketing seminar for Rapid City small businesses to learn about interactive marketing and how it can benefit them as business owners. Over lunch, Natalie, Jillian and Kyle spoke on social media, SEO and other interactive components with the key takeaway being that marketing is still fundamentally the same whether online or offline. Today’s marketing incorporates both traditional and “new” media into a synchronized relationship, giving you access to your entire audience (they ARE in both spaces), and the power of new technology. We had a great turnout with local businesses represented from many industries.

With presentations seeming to be our 3rd quarter theme, Kyle and Stacie were also invited to speak for a local nonprofit group. They held a two-fold presentation tailored to focus specifically on marketing for nonprofits. Stacie spoke on traditional media, its use and consistent importance in the modern marketing mix. Kyle tied in web marketing, highlighting online strategy as another significant piece of the marketing puzzle.
