In our weak economy, many have tightened their belts, salvaged what's left of their stocks and tried to prepare for future hardships. However, with all the gloom and doom lingering in the air, things are bright here at Robert Sharp & Associates.

With the amount of business coming through the door, due to our outstanding work and customer service, we decided it was time to hire a full-time third person in the video department. I would like to welcome Ken Jones to our team.

Ken brings over 10 years of experience ranging from business management to film and video production. He’s an entrepreneur at heart and understands the value of quality customer service, innovation, and product development. As a part of the team, Ken’s goal is to bring ‘outside the box’ ideas to the table that raise clients projects to the next level.

As a professional Ken not only owns his own business but has years of experience in entertainment working with large-scale theater productions like the Radio City Rockettes and major network film projects playing on NBC and CMT. His mission is to use his skills to bring a cutting-edge style of work that creates impactful messages and puts the customer needs first, erasing the competition.

Ken is also very computer and internet savvy, so some of his early duties are to help us get ahead with our SEO YouTube Videos, and give us an extra hand on shoots and edits.

Jack Sitch and I have been busy production monkeys this last quarter of the year. Jack has been putting the finishing touches on some videos for Ray Dental. One video will play in their lobby, and the other will play on the City of Rapid City website. Check 'em out!

Jack and I also collaborated on the South Dakota Lottery holiday commercial shoot. It was a lot of work, but fun work. In the end, a great product.

In case you have been hiding under a rock, you might not have heard about the new hockey team, the Rapid City Rush. They are off to a great inaugural season.
