Allan was born in Wisconsin and raised here in the Rapid City area. "But," says Allan "I have lived as far south as Arizona and have traveled as far north as, um, Newell." Wow.

He graduated from Westwood College of Technology in Denver, CO and after moving to Phoenix for a while, Allan returned to South Dakota with a wide range of creative influences. He began his design career in signs; beer signs. Even though having keys to a beer warehouse had its obvious benefits, Allan took a chance at moving up in his profession and Robert Sharp & Associates provided just the opportunity - he has been moving up ever since.

Allan likes that RSA is always challenging and expanding his skill set. He also likes the casual Fridays and old-time popcorn maker in the lobby. From the big picture down to the tiny details, Allan brings dedication and a unique perspective to every web design challenge.

A devout house music DJ, Allan finds therapy in mixing the funky soulful baselines. If put in a room with his music, a few documentaries, copious amounts of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and popcorn, Allan would probably never leave that room. Never leave, that is, unless provoked by his wife and kids, or the chance to go skydiving (again).
